They build a great product but tend to not give much of a priority to structures under $5000. If you are in a hurry I’ll find you someone else. I’ll quote you with both the lowest priced manufacturer and the fastest and let you decide. I have dumped a few over the last 22 years because of poor service so all the manufacturers I sell for build a quality building. They all use the exact same materials so it all comes down to price and time frame. If you purchase the lowest priced carport from me you will have to sign a waiver that you understand it could take a while. I have seen Carolina put them up in 2 weeks while others have waited months. It all has to do with how many units they have to install for a given area. They will NOT send 3 men to install just one $1295 carport. They will wait until several orders are put together for a given area. Forget the ads that say installed in 1 to 2 weeks. There are plenty of companies out there that use this strategy to get the sale and then 8 weeks later you’re beyond angry! Listings are always the main photos. All others are available options. Some manufacturers are great in some areas and yet I wouldn’t use them in others. 20 plus years of experience teaches us who the best are, who the cheapest are and who should be avoided. Save yourself some time by not checking with every source on the Internet. Most dealers only sell for one or two manufacturers. We sell for over 40 nationwide and will offer the best price for any structure. Manufacturers don’t sell to the public but through a Network of dealers. We can’t change the prices…the manufacturers set them. Where you’ll find cheaper pricing is where people cut corners by selling a product that may not meet your current building codes. In that event code enforcement can and will force you to take it down or pay steep fines so deal with someone that understands the building industry.
