It was disassembled by a licensed contractor in 2008. During disassembly it was banded for future construction and has been stored indoors since. Materials feature 2.5-inch-thick tongue and groove sub flooring. Roof was sheeted with tongue and groove 2 x 6 yellow pine approximately 25,000 linear feet. Original blueprints are included.
