Featured is the personal home built for the CEO of a fortune 500 company. The house cost 1.7 million to build in 1978. Materials are unique and no expenses were spared. It was disassembled by a licensed contractor in 2008. During disassembly it was banded for future construction and has been stored indoors since. Materials feature 2.5-inch-thick tongue and groove sub flooring. Roof was sheeted with tongue and groove 2 x 6 yellow pine approximately 25,000 linear feet. Original blueprints are included.
