The price in the listing is for a custom made carport and in most areas the carport is much less. Please ask for a quote based on your zip code and size requirements. Many people purchase carports either with the intentions of fully enclosing at a later date or wish they could. This carport is a demo I designed with that in mind. The ends can be added later and so can the garage doors. If a person doesn’t like the side entry garage they can get the doors on the ends or add just a single door and keep the side entries. You can also close in the side wall so there are no opening and switch the doors to the end walls. This size is 24X25X9 and one thing to remember if you ever want to add length at a later date. It must be a vertical roof otherwise no manufacturer will add to a horizontal roof. Different roof styles are describes in the 9th photo (3 red garages) Please message us for a quote. We need to know your zip code, will it be anchored to dirt, asphalt or concrete and what are your size requirements. Standard widths are 12, 18, 20, 22, 24 and up. Standard widths are 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 etc. Standard height can vary due to location but most start at 6 feet on the sides which will accommodate most standard vehicles. Some locations require extra strength for heavy snow loads and some to meet hurricane codes. We also sell for all the manufacturers in the US so when you give your zip code and size requirements we’ll find the best fit for your needs. Some manufacturers are great in some areas and yet I wouldn’t use them in others. 20 plus years of experience teaches us who the best are, who the cheapest are and who should be avoided. Save yourself some time by not checking with every source on the Internet. Most dealers only sell for one or two manufacturers. We sell for over 40 nationwide and will offer the best price for any structure. Manufacturers don’t sell to the public but through a Network of dealers. We can’t change the prices…the manufacturers set them. Where you’ll find cheaper pricing is where people cut corners by selling a product that may not meet your current building codes. In that event code enforcement can and will force you to take it down or pay steep fines so deal with someone that understands the building industry. Remember: The dealer lot down the street is NOT going to be installing your carport. They are a dealer who is going to sell you a structure made by a manufacturer in another state and they only have one to offer. I know many people like to purchase locally but rest assured that even from the dealer down the street you are not purchasing locally. We sell for all the manufacturers worth selling for and will always have more options for you. The worst case scenario that happens more times than it should is that the manufacturer your local deal sold you a structure with will not come to your area because the dollar amount is not worth sending a crew long distances to put up one structure. All manufacturers have a minimum dollar amount that is usually $25,000 to $30,000 depending on manufacturer. That may be 6 or more units on a single delivery trailer before they will send a crew and I’ve seen customers wait months or even a year. I have on many occasions switched the customer to a different manufacturer upon request to find a manufacturer that will get there in a reasonable amount of time. Making the right choice in dealers is often as much or more important than the structure itself because at TWSSH we will not sell for anyone that does not build a quality product!
