Custom, one of a kind tiny house on wheels made from barn wood and reclaimed materials (about 80% reclaimed. I had to buy water heater and vent hood new plus a few other things). All the wood and tin came off a 100 year old barn here in Montana. It’s been a labor of love I’ve tinkered with for about three years but it’s time for a new project. Builder is an aspiring artist with 30 years construction experience. Built to look rough but last and only the first of many planned. Some specs: 8×18 box plus three foot wide deck on back 2×4 floor with stuffed blue board insulation True 2×2 framing from milled down barn wood with r-13 insulation 2×6 rafters filled with r-19 insulation On demand water heater Electric faux fireplace heater Large 8×8 loft with plenty of room for a queen bed and dresser Fully plumbed with 30×32 shower Kitchen is metal cabinet refurbished from an old farm house Have compost toilet set up for it (sawdust type) but plumbed for flush toilet as well. Will happily install toilet buyer provides if wanted. Exterior barn wood pressure washed and scrubbed with wire brush to clean yet preserve texture Interior wood sanded and milled from same barn 100 amp service box with free space Magic Chef propane stove, microwave, and mid sized fridge. I plan to paint the interior one more time and put some clear on the outside before delivering. Very open for the size with room for large comfy chair or small love seat in front room. Will happily build couch base if buyers wishes after deposit. Lots of opportunity to add your personal touches. Buyer would need to arrange delivery
