The walls are 6″ thick, with fully filled fiberglass insulation. Each wall has a 2 X 3 window frames embedded beneath the siding, that can allow windows to be quickly and easily added. The location of the framed element are defined by 4 galvanized screws on the outside of each wall, that allow for easy location for cut lines. The walls have metal hurricane bracing added to the framing, that provide worry free transport, and protection from high winds.The interior is in excellent condition, and each wall is equipped with power and Ethernet data outlets. A small air conditioner is provided in the sale, but can be removed for other means of heating and cooling. The floor is covered in a charcoal, short nap, carpeting. The front door is metal, and with its thick walls, provide a secure place for storage. Ceiling is equipped with one vent, and 4 recessed led light fixtures.
