New Tiny Home For Sale (Custom Built 40 Foot High Cube Shipping Container)

This is a 40 foot high cube shipping container that I had custom built into a tiny home. Everything used to build the tiny home, including the appliances, was purchased brand new from Lowe’s. It has two mini splits that work excellent. The tiny home is insulated with five inches of spray foam. The home holds cool and hot air very well. It has two windows on the left side of the box if you’re facing the back. When facing the front, they will be on your right. The water heater is an on demand water heater. There are many outlets within the home. The floor in the bedroom in the back was painted brown in the center to match the brown that is on the sides. The paint was worn away from people walking on it. The home is in excellent condition.

50′ x 90′ prefab steel buildings w/ crane support

We bought this building a few years ago to put up in Portland OR. Permitting and road improvement cost have lead us to sell the property and move out of the city. We no longer need this building. We paid $160K new but the current market value is $190K, Our loss is you gain. Asking $130K OBO. It came to us on four semi truck loads. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees, but we can load it on to the trucks. If you are interested we can send a drop box link to the full plan set. Email with any questions!

Air Intake Exhaust for Underground Shelter with Liquids and Blast Protection

Pictured are two air intake / exhaust pipes for an underground bunker. They are build out of 8-inch schedule 40 pipe with 8-inch flanges. The design is one such that pouring liquids or explosives down in the intake will result in the materials being redircted to a diffuser where the liquids leak out or the blast is dissapated. I have two of these, and they are sold separately. I have the listing marked as local pickup only, but I may consider delivering for a fee. I’ll post a video below, and don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions. Each unit is about 13ft long, and I speculate likely weigh about 300lbs. If you would like to call or text my phone number is (318) 272-0951. Here is a video:
